Q:  Are my customers able to purchase online from this website? How does this work?

A: Yes! Your customers can purchase online from your website. You need to have a free PayPal account in order for customers to buy through your site. You get paid into your PayPal account.  When a customer places an order on your site, a record of it is kept on your website, and an email notification is sent to you so you know an order has been placed.  When you receive the email notification, you will need to login to the administrator end of your website, and "collect" the order.  When a customer orders they will be entering all of their contact information (name, address, phone number), and of course, the Norwex products that they want.  You, as the consultant, will use this info to place and submit a Norwex order, using the order forms from www.norwexcs.com.

Q:  How do I get paid from a customer order?

A: When you order from Norwex on behalf of your customer, you will pay Norwex with your own credit card. You are reimbursed when you withdraw the money from your PayPal account.

EG: Order total is $100.00, which the customer pays into your PayPal account. PayPal takes its fee of approximately $3.20, leaving you with $96.80 in your PayPal account. When you order from Norwex, you pay the consultant amount due of $60. When you transfer the $96.80 out of your PayPal account, $60 is owing on your credit card, and the remaining $36.80 is yours!

Q:  When a customer orders on my website does the information automatically go to Norwex Head Office for processing?

Q: How much in monthly sales can I expect to earn from my site?

A: Again, there is no answer to this. The more you market your website, the more easily it will be found. The more easily it is found, the more potential customers you will have. We cannot make any guarantees about how much money you can expect to make from online sales: it depends a great deal on the amount of time and effort you put into: 1) making your website original in terms of content; and 2) marketing your website.
