What is your refund policy?A: No matter the reason, we do not offer refunds once you have purchased a site. Due to the nature of installed software setup, and the amount of time we have to put in each time an order is placed, we cannot offer a refund on our Norwex Websites. Our profit margin on these websites is low, and if we offer refunds after we have done the site set-up and design, we will not be able to afford to continue to offer our product for such a low price. Please think through your choice before you buy. Know that you will have to put in some significant effort to own a website, and that there WILL be a learning curve. We will help you as much as we can, but we cannot do the actual work of website ownership for you. Common reasons for requesting a refund are as follows, and will not be entertained:
