QUESTIONS ABOUT REFUNDABILITY
  • What is your refund policy?

  • A: No matter the reason, we do not offer refunds once you have purchased a site.

    Due to the nature of installed software setup, and the amount of time we have to put in each time an order is placed, we cannot offer a refund on our Norwex Websites. Our profit margin on these websites is low, and if we offer refunds after we have done the site set-up and design, we will not be able to afford to continue to offer our product for such a low price.

    Please think through your choice before you buy. Know that you will have to put in some significant effort to own a website, and that there WILL be a learning curve. We will help you as much as we can, but we cannot do the actual work of website ownership for you.

    Common reasons for requesting a refund are as follows, and will not be entertained:

    • I changed my mind. >>> Your choice. We did not cause it and cannot fix it.
    • My site isn't earning. >>> We offer training on how to market your website effectively so that it will earn, but you need to do the actual work, and it will take time, effort and patience on your part.
    • I've realized that I'm too busy >>> Again, your choice. We made it clear that sustained time and effort would be required on your part.
